IDEA: Filename Randomizer

The shuffle function of many MP3 players (well, my MP3 player, anyway) is rather crummy, leading me to attempt to shuffle them up a bit manually.  A small app which would reandomize the filenames but not the extensions would be grand.  I'm under a Windows XP platform, should that make a large difference.

The attached utility (no install needed) will rename a selection of files randomly for you. I hope it does what you wanted
