quintura.com - super fast super easy web search
« on: February 27, 2007, 12:07 AM »
Hi folks,
Want to see what "usability" and "it just works" mean?

see http://quintura.com    8) 8) 8)

it explains itself quite emphatically.

So, this thread is for reviews/opinions/cheers/flames for quintura.com

I've fallen in love with it, just that it has to mature a bit.

Humm, doesn't work very well here, even after I disabled AdBlockPlus for quintara.com (it blocked on a "partnerId" string or similar), the right part (the actual hits) doesn't show up... oh well.

EDIT: does work in IE, although not as slickly as in FF. Interesting way of perpetually refining search terms. Dunno if I like it, though.

hi all,
have you seen Quizlet? It's awesome!  see the best of it at:
      http://quizlet.com/scatter.php?id=8095

BTW, guess what, the "company" is a father and son, the father being the manager and all else, the son is just *17* years old, the only coder.

            Just seventeen!

it's a treat! enjoy!

Okay, that's really cool, and really useful for a friend who's traveling abroad right now. Thanks!
