At the mo you can grab individual objects from screen. SnagIT can caputure whole windows by autoscrolling the window, could that be added to ScreenCapture?

Also is it possible to capture just a menu ? At the moment the only way I can capture menus is by using the timer mode and doing a whole screen capture: but I may be missing something.

Finally how about making the timer delay user configurable (in Preferences).

Cheers.

Iam afraid to ask this  :)
I think that's a lot of work for mouser
but would be handy of course for us.

Would be handy too.

Open the menu and press PrtScr  :)
Than crop the menu.

You mean something like in "Edit | Preferences | General Settings" on the right side ?

i've been looking at capture of scrolling windows - i hope to add it in future version.
timer time is configurable in options, (its in general settings tab, far right).

yes, what we need to do is improve object capture mode, so that it 1) works with menus and 2) triggers on like alt+click so that you can use single mouse click to trigger menus even before capture - i'm working on this.  it will be solved.

Ever heard the expression "can't see the wood for the trees" ?

Mea culpa  :wallbash:

not at the moment - i spent some time looking into it and it's definitely something i will add, but i think we've got another round or two of improving the basic functionality before i get to scrolling window capture..
