minimize to tray and reboot..
« on: January 15, 2007, 07:47 PM »
i don't know how to say this but here goes.. :) if i minimize LC to system-tray & reboot, upon restart LC stays in the tray instead of docking to its normal position. is there a way to avoid this?

so it's remembering that you last had it in the tray.. and you don't want it to?

what mouser is saying is that it already restores the position on start-up.
if you want it to start docked, leave it docked before you reboot.
i dunno if it affects the behavior if you reboot without exiting lbc first. i always exit before reboot.

sure, i'll try to remember that.. :) but in the case that i forget, the feature that i had requested would be helpful.

If you find that happening it means that the settings arent being saved at reboot -- the easiest workaround is to get the bar where you want it, and then open up preferences and hit save.  those values will be remembered on reboot.
