Problem with closing and an invisible dock :S
« on: December 03, 2006, 12:00 PM »
Hi all,
Here are 2 problems I am running into (just installed the new version too...):

I CAN NOT CLOSE LAUNCHBAR COMMANDER!!! :o :huh: :(
That is a HUGE problem for me and I do not know what is causing it. But also...
I seem to have an invisible dock (:huh:) that is somehow (I even have all docks minimized) manipulating my windows so that I can't put docks at the top of the screen nor fully maximize my windows.

Any help? (I am going to try to terminate LaunchBar Commander and make sure it can at least "close"...even if it isn't the way it should.)

note: you can exit launchbar commander from the tray.

if it doesnt exit when you choose exit from a minimized dock on the tray, then i might have an idea what is wrong..
let me know.

ok so when you choose to exit from the tray, what happens? does it just ignore you and not exit?

Ok - it got really annoying because I waited about 10 minutes for it to close...I didn't get any error or debugging option. When I setup the bars though after a restart it says I need to setup the bars (again) - even though I had about 5 bars and saved on every bar and before closing the preferences window...

your bars are not lost, just do file open and find them - it just didnt save its memory of which launch bar files you had open.
