Remember sorting
« on: October 03, 2006, 11:08 AM »
Hi,

would it be possible to remember the sorting in the "processes" tab? I always sort it by "CPU Avg." with the highest value on top, so that I can see the resource hogs immediately. Unfortunately, the next time I enter the GUI it's unsorted again.

Thanks!!

...Nice!

One more thing I forgot to mention: The average should be calculated based on a longer timeframe. At the moment the process Avg. display is quite "shaky", ie. the average changes every second for most processes. I think it should be Ok to calculate the average on a 5-10 seconds basis, or you may even opt to make configurable.....

Thanks again!

i've added the feature to remember sorting.

as far as avg time calculations - you can adjust this on the configuration tab, just move the slider for "CPU Usage Measurement Smoothing" farther to the right.
