Does anyone know any VPS (Virtual Private Server) which is cheap?... It must be windows platform....

I searched around -- but all of the looked expensive....

assuming you are asking about wanting to pay for a vps account from a web hosting provider (and not asking about the software like cpanel that drives these), i can only recommend to check out: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/
