url snooper access violation and abnormal shutdown messages

using windaes xp with sp2 1800xp processor 120 gb hdd 1gb ram....any idea whats causing the above?  i even tried installing latest version of url snooper but still the same. please help.

does it sniff at all? is it just on shutdown?
