How to fix messed up Google Accounts on an Android phone

Hello

I have set up two accounts in an android phone and some stuff are stored under one account and some other under the other.

E.g. the Google Pay stuff, the Contacts etc are all stored in one or the other account.

Is there a way to:

1) Move everything to one account
2) Delete everything from the other account

Oh, and if you mean paid content you've bought under one account that you want to move to another ... bad luck apparently.
