Thanks for replying, No error message on screen, at first I thought might have been the winpcap, but I have reinstall that, download the latest URL SNOOPER2 and getting the same results. This is what happens, when you lunch from the short cut (icon) a window blew open and then disappear. apply alt +tab you can see a window, but it is empty and will not appear on screen, seems to be hidden some how from viewing or accessing. I have use this software for a very long time without any issue.

Win 10 sucks - after every update there will be a guaranteed problem.

Why don't you get a USB 3.0 drive and install Windows 7 on it or create a Virtual machine to test any problems.
USB 3.0 is a better option.

Check out Eventvwr the Scammers favourite util to use.

You will need a Legitimate Key

Then get Rufus and install it to a USB drive.
Windows 10 is a nightmare to create a bootable disk of Windows 7

If you download the portable version and unpack it into a new directory and run it, same result?
Have you installed the WinPCap driver that UrlSnooper needs?  It comes with it, but maybe try downloading the latest one from the WinPCap websiet? https://www.winpcap..../install/default.htm

Actually I just saw the WinPCap page talks about Npcap, which be installed and in WinPCap compatible mode.

And the Npcap page talks about Windows 10 specific stuff it solves, and says "WinPcap isn't supported on Windows 10"  -- which would explain why URL Snooper might not work.

So maybe you feel like seeing if you can get Npcap to work with UrlSnooper?  This sounds promissing:

https://nmap.org/npcap/

Download the installer from that page and choose WinPCap compatibility mode.

I will also check it out when I get a spare minute.

Let me know what you find!

Hey thanks for all the info, I did try the npcap b4 and was the same, I have rooted everything from the system and done complete new installation, somehow I believe a dll file somewhere maybe being use by some other software is in the system, but I will do it all over again with 'ncap' only... will let you on result...

It's possible that with WinPcap installed, UrlSnooper won't see NPCap, which might otherwise pretend to be WinPCap.
