Export/Import Preference

Hi,

Any chance, or perhaps it is already available, for us to be able to export and import Preference?
I hate re-tweaking preferences when I reinstall my laptop/desktop, especially when I miss one of the tweaks.

All the preferences are stored in the ScreenshotCaptor.ini file, by default under My Documents/DonationCoder/ScreenshotCaptor/
