Both monitors are set the same way. If I set the DPI scaling to 150% for both monitors, it works fine. If I set both monitors to 175%, if magnifies and cuts off the bottom-right of the desktop. This does not occur with Windows built-in Snipping Tool.

And guess what? If I set both monitors to 150%, that does in fact solve the nudging issue. (Sorry, I was mistaken earlier when I said it was unrelated.)

So, 4K monitor 175% scaling causes lots of problems.

Strange.. I'll look into that.

I'll see if i can't add your 10 pixel nudge, maybe using some unusual combo of shift+alt or something.
