Custom Desktop Logo Always On Top Option?

when I play a full screen game, I want the logo on top. How can I make that happen?

Logo?  Not sure what you mean... you mean the desktop wallpaper?

Am I in the right forum? The Custom Desktop Logo site referred here. The software puts a persistent image on the screen.

I didn't get that Custom Desktop Logo was an application.

One of these programs might work.

Those will only work if you're running in full screen maximized however.

Perhaps someone can give you a better solution since it includes source.

If this is for streaming, you should use something like Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) which allows you to display an image on top of your source.

P.S. for others here: It seems Custom Desktop Logo was a coding snack made back in 2008.
