Please Help "DBSIAM Engine Error #8961"

Getting this pop-up message at start up of Clipboard Help + Spell:  "Error EX4 fo db file"
"DBSIAM Engine Error #8961 Header information corrupt in the table 'ClipTable'"

Please help me fix this.  Thank you.

These sound like the kinds of errors that occur when a security program (antivirus?) is trying to block CHS from writing to it's database files.
The solution is to add CHS directory to exception list or change the CHS option of where it stores its database.
