I was trying to paste screen shots in MS Paint using wind 10 and wouldn't let me even though been doing it in the past can anyone help with this but now since i downloaded screen captor i am able to

Yeah, Screenshot Captor is much better to use for screenshots than Paint :-)

It's not clear though - it looks like your text is clipped at the end there:
do you still have a problem?
Do you still want or need to paste in Paint?
