« on: March 18, 2017, 07:43 AM »
Hi all.
I cannot open my .pdf format document in Adobe Acrobat. I am getting this error: Adobe Acrobat cannot be used to read pdf files.
Is there a way to open pdf file??
Any help you anyone can provide would be great.

Something has gone terribly wrong if you have found yourself in a universe where Adobe Acrobat doesn't read pdf files..

In File Explorer right click on the PDF file, then select "Open With..." and see what is in the list.  If Adobe is in the list, click it.

But I think in any case I would get MalwareBytes free version 2 and scan your PC.
Seems like prankware got on your system.
