Well.. one might first unckeck: "Start T-Clock when Windows starts"
And maybe delete the settings in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stoic Joker's\T-Clock 2010

Unless you can give me some reason why not, then I would delete right up to the "Stoic Joker's" key. I have nothing else below it.
My steps below.

1. Unckeck: "Start T-Clock when Windows starts"
2. Close program
3. Delete Registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Stoic Joker's
4. Delete program folder.

If the key is otherwise empty, then it's safe to delete me ... I'm not a "system" key of any kind.. :D

I downloaded T-Clock from CNet, Unzipped into a new folder, and clicked on TClock.exe. Nothing happened. I mean Nothing. T-Clock did not show up anywhere let alone setting it up.

So I went to White Tiger's site, downloaded and unzipped it to a different folder. There are a couple of sub-folders and some tiny files but I couldn't find .exe file anywhere so no installation.

When I tried it delete both folders of T-Clock I was rejected because "T-Clock is runnung". I went to Uninstall and of course nothing by the name is there. A search in Win10 turned up nothing either. Any suggestions please?

The T-Clock process is ...\T-Clock\Clock64.exe

Seems like you've got an old version there... that one doesn't distinguish 32bit and 64bit OSes so that you'll need to be careful which one to run. It also meant you've got the 32bit process stuck... if you'd just killed that, you'd be free to go.

Anyway, it also seems like you've downloaded the source code of 'my' version, so that wouldn't work either ;) You'll have to download the binaries. Though you're then free to start either Clock.exe or Clock64.exe (Clock.exe is the safest bet as it'll just start Clock64 if needed)
