What are the steps to uninstall the program?

Well.. one might first unckeck: "Start T-Clock when Windows starts"
And maybe delete the settings in the registry:

Unless you can give me some reason why not, then I would delete right up to the "Stoic Joker's" key. I have nothing else below it.
My steps below.

1. Unckeck: "Start T-Clock when Windows starts"
2. Close program
3. Delete Registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Stoic Joker's
4. Delete program folder.
