Process Tamer - ver 2.12.01?

Process tamer ver 2.12.01 - when was it released?
The website shows Process Tamer ver 2.11.01.
When downloaded and installed it shows ver 2.12.01.
With version 2.12.01 we see bugs on startup and when clicked config --
Debug DLLs - Loaded DLLs.
What are we supposed to do to remove this bug error?
Ver 2.11.01 was much stable. We do not find it anywhere anymore.
OS - Win Vista Starter 32 bit.
