TV recommendation: Born This Way

I'd like to recommend a two-season reality tv show on A+E network called "Born This Way":

It's a show that focuses on the lives and struggles and achievements of a group of young people with Down Syndrome, and their parents.

Quite uplifting while not sugar coating things.  Highly recommended.
