voice message decoding
« on: October 22, 2014, 04:03 AM »
Hello!

I often receive a voice message on my mobile saying blablabla call me at 0728473832, etc.

Is there an app that will automatically detect that phone number and offer me to call it?

Because I have to listen to the voice message a couple of times and write down the number and then dial it, etc which is a bit tedious and risky for errors

Thanks!

PS: I can see a problem with when voice message contains extension phone numbers, but okay.

It would help if you told us what operating system your mobile used.

Change to a provider that transcribes voice messages to an SMS, (eg. Telstra in Australia does it).

... risky for errors

Compared to the higher chances of misinterpretation in voice recognition on a mobile phone which is subject to noisy environments, (both send and receive)?

I don't know, is there a UK provider that does it?
