shellexec and runalias(run runa) doesn't work...

typing "run inetcpl.cpl", and nothing happened. So "shellexec $$1 triggering on no results" won't work.
typing "runa inetcpl.cpl", ie properties was display, BUT location fo IEtemp file was empty.
os is winxp sp3, and the accout is administrator.
