Add Colorcop Color Picker to right-click menu in tray

The title says it all. As far as I can see, the easiest way to launch Colorcop is to open Screenshot Captor. It would be simpler to launch it from the tray menu.
Just a little tweak to make an exquisite tool a tiny bit better.

I think it's an excellent idea to put the Screenshot Captor Tools on a tray submenu, i will do so.
