I want to fix epCheck, because it's an app that I enjoy using myself.
 Very glad to hear that. Looking forward to it.

Well - I guess epCheck is a goner.  Been a long time without the fix arriving.  That's a shame.  I use PC's in the living room and Master bedroom for loads of Media and Web things, and tracking TV shows we watch is a great feature.  I have two other programs that can do the job (epguides.com Watcher, and Duckietv) but they have very small fonts (hard to read on the TV across the room) and I far prefer the ecCheck interface overall.  I understand that real life gets in the way of programming on the side - it's just a shame since I too am a long time user of this software and would even be willing to pay a reasonable price for it - it's that good, and that helpful.

Today people rely on apps on phones for this sort of thing.  But for computer users. epCheck was wonderful.  Had a lot more features (like entire seasonal listings, cable and pay channel series) which many of the small apps do NOT have.

Sorry to see it go, but it really doesn't look like it's coming back at this point.

I still keep it installed and check every so often if an update shows up, but it's been months now so I think the party's over.

Thanks for while it lasted!

Check Google search. There is someone selling a working copy of epCheck

I see no such software.  A link would have been nice.

Shamefully, I've not made the time to sink my teeth into updating this.  During this time, thetvdb.com has changed their API, yet again, and is now on v4 (epCheck was deverloped on v2).  While I understand the need to evolve, these types of API changes that break apps regularly, en masse, are really frustrating to deal with because of the time and testing it takes to work with new APIs.  I'll try to make time to at least investigate what it would take to work with the new API.
