It is rather good - actually it is a full 360 degrees - shame it isn't formated so that you can just rotate seamlessly.

Won't help here I suppose, but you might take a look at what's is probably the world's narrowest-niche software at Muttyan's Home Page  Amongst other things, he offers programs for making rotating 360 degree panoramas in stereo.

Unfortunately I just found they hurt my eyes (I tried the crosseyed version and the parallel eye version but couldn't quite get it). I haven't got any stereo glasses so I couldn't check out the stereo image.

Fun idea though ...

I could never make the "bare-eyed" techniques work either.  You really need the glasses....
