I have been using desktop coral to keep my toolbar unhidden. the problem is, I set it to 0 opacity and now windows treats it as if it's not there. I want to resize it, but I cannot figure out how to bring up the options at all??

In the system tray there is an icon for Desktop Coral (black and white dotted box if i remember correctly); you can access settings from there.
