IDEA: M3U8 playlists

I am sorry I have not looked at this yet. To be honest, I got busy and just plain forgot. I'll try to get to this asap.

No worries. I hit the problem today, is all, trying to collect together a playlist of Christmas songs. Like ya do. I just did it by hand instead.

I did some testing and I have no idea what is going on. I looked at the test file you send and even on my Win 8.1 64 system trying to read the tag locks up my properties box. I tried to read the tags using another app, but it was not able to read it either. I am guessing there may be something amiss with the way the tags are written to the files that are not displaying the info. I am afraid that I am unable to fix the problem.

How odd. My MP3 player reads all of them without a problem.

Mystified. Oh well: thanks for trying.
