I didn't have an issue and for my install there were no 'extras' either.

Thanks a lot for setting this up. 

I wonder if I did anything wrong - it has been more than 6 hours since I gave my email address, but still not a word from them / him. Maybe I simply should try once more. No, User already registered. Okay, check spam folder. No, it has just been emptied. Did I empty the spam folder without noticing this email? I don't know for sure. Well, I will wait and see.
