DRAGING FILE OR BMP

I need HELP !!When  I DRAG FILE or BMP I get an image of the Tool Bars and not an image of what I have entered.  I am trying to create text for QSOTV screens.  I am using Windows 7.

Don't get mad, I have never seen that in windows 7. the second part "I am trying to create text for QSOTV screens." No clue what your talking about! Sorry :-\

What about when you use the file menu to save it as an image -- does it work ok then?
