Real time disk space monitor required

Any one know of any cheap/free programs that will give a realtime display of disk space/free space.  I have been using a trial of Disk Watchman and it is ideal but it is a bit expensive for intermittent use.

I don't think there is any need to pay for such program. Or did I understand you wrongly?

yep, samurize will do it - and you can make a pretty meter whilst you're at it (or just use one of the many already made).

Speed Fan can read SMART temperatures.

On the specials page there is HDDlife with a discount making it quite cheap.

Incidentally I have HDDlife installed and it doesn't work brilliantly with Western Digital Caviar drives. HDDlife say there is an issue with WD drives reporting the wrong temperature.

Thanks for the ideas.  Freemeter looks like it might be OK.  I don't need someting all the time - just when I'm doing HDD cleanups.

since i also don't need a HDD monitor all the time, whenever i'm cleaning up my hard-drive i find Spacemonger very useful...

IMHO WinDirStat is *the* perfect (and free) solution for manual HDD cleanups!
