notification area icon

I have changed the icon in screenshot captore .exe using a custom one the problem I am having is it does not change in the notification area can you tell me where the notification area grabs the icon from, I have added a screenshot showing the custom icon that is pinned to the taskbar and the one that shows up in the notification area. Using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I have rebuilt the icon cache many times

Hey, i have no objection to anyone hacking the resources in the program to change the icons -- go for it and good luck -- i just don't have any insight into how to find the icon resources.
