Well at least the Dr. was a true gentleman in response, unlike most doctors
. I cannot tell whether your difficulties might have had some unique aspects that they could address (faults they missed) or whether they are fully endemic and render the product worthless for most all.
However, I will compliment the Tude of the Doc. This is not a criticism of your posts, since you are just trying to help the company or potential buyers to know what is up.
