http://www.streaming...ar.com/urlhelper.htm

That's a bit cheeky...

if you think that's cheekly:
url helper is based so closely on url snooper that at first i thought they had simply taken my code and changed the appearance.
it does appear to be an independent program, but one that was built explicitly by copying url snooper.

they actually stole the text for their website directly from the url snooper help file (!!!!) - word for word.

at first i was mad but then i figured eh, what's the point of getting upset about it.  i just feel bad for people who buy it unknowingly.

I use the SiteAdvisor beta and when you visit streamingstar.com, it warns with the Big Red X:

"When we tested this site we found links to hidownload.com, which we found to be a distributor of downloads some people consider adware, spyware or other unwanted programs."

For me,the good thing about Url Helper,is that I found DonationCoder.com by searching for an alternative for that program.
First impressions, made me think that Helper was based on Snooper's code, but it's good to hear that they didn't get that far....
