Mouse control
« on: August 02, 2010, 12:53 PM »
I am a newbie with CircleDock and need some help. The circle keeps pulling my cursor to it like a magnet. It is hard to use. Can I adjust this?

I use a Logitech mouse and run Win/XP. No Windows 7.
thanks

Greetings audit2
Good to have you here with us at Donationcoder and Circle Docks little part
My apologies for the late response

I presume that you are using Circle Dock in a static, or fixed, location.
That being the case, you will need to activate legacy mode

So let's do this thing  ;)

Right click on Circle Dock and go to Dock Settings; Click it and wait for the settings to come up.
In the Settings window go to General> Location.
In the Lower left hand side is a check box for the legacy operations.
Check the following Box; OR: Version 0.9 Bahaviour  (See "Help")

I am fairly certain thsi will do the trick.
If not let us know and we will get it ironed out for you

This option has been renamed for Version 2 to "Display in last position without moving cursor".

Thanks Mark:

GREAT product!  :Thmbsup:Just one more question.  :-[

I have "auto hide dock when mouse leaves it" ENABLED.

It does not seem to work. To hide the dock, I have to move the cursor anywhere to the top of the "screen top edge", where I have chose it to reside? This is a real pain.
Thanks for your help just once more.
