Update to Discounts listing page and some more new discounts

We're begining to get more companies that want to offer discounts to members of the site.

I've added more some new discounts to the Members Only section: https://www.donation...index.php?board=18.0

And I've updated the Discounts page to make it a little easier to identify discounts that are still valid, when they expire, and whether we have reviewed them or not: https://www.donation...Discounts/index.html

All of these companies have also donated some copies for us to give away.. I'm not sure if we should add them now to the February giveaway drawing submission or save them for next month. Opinions?
