First of all there's an Open Source tool I'm involved in which basically
is a shell extension to compare two files / folders using any comparison
tool (you can also use different tools based in the file's extensions):

The tool is based on BCShellEx which once was written explicitly for
Beyond Compare. Maybe you'd like to include a link to this tool on your
page, just as a reference.
