I posted here and contacted mouser about making ScreenShotCaptor more friendly for capturing the steps and files related to problems on a computer. This would be especially handy in a portable mode.
Microsoft has come out with something similar to the idea in Windows 7 called "Problem Steps Recorder"
They have good basic functionality - but there are opportunities for many improvements (in addition to Windows XP support).
For instance, it would be cool to be able to define a set of utilities that dump system information into the resultant zip file.
