Does anyone use Process Tamer with Minimum?
« on: March 16, 2010, 09:25 AM »
Hi, I am new to this forum!
I have just downloaded and installed a program called Minimum which is a software used to release extra RAM os the PC can run faster.
My question is, does anyone using Process Tamer use Minmium at the same time? Not use, I mean, run them together.
and What are your suggestions about handling these 2 softwares?
Should I use either one of them, since the 2 softwares are preforming simular tasks...
Maybe I mixed RAM up with CPU.. XD.. Anyways, any suggestions?

Thank you!

Welcome to the site will.

The programs do completely different things, so it's fine to run them at the same time.  People have suggested i add some memory minimizing features to Process Tamer, but i haven't done so yet -- and you should know that there is some debate about whether minimizing memory does any good.
