I assume you mean can you view this forum in Chinese...if so, I don't think so unless you use an external translation website such as google:

At the bottom of every page is a translation button that uses google translation engine:

Wow... I can't imagine what kind of crap will show up if you translate a forum to Chinese?? I've tried in French before... You might as well not have a translation.
