hi! i have problems with the program. it turns off!
i upload the file avi, but i don't have the previwe, anyway, i clic on the play icon and the program turns off! why? i'm so sad...
please halp me

sounds like maybe there is something about the video file that is confusing the program.. a non-standard file maybe?  could you maybe convert it to another avi file using a video processing program?  How big is the file?
