Disable close button?
« on: January 07, 2010, 03:49 PM »
Hello,
Is there a freeware alternative to WinTopMost, which disables the close button of a selected program, or when left-clicked it minimizes to taskbar/systemtray?

Note, i am not looking for a "always on top" software.
Thanks.

You could try NoClose by skrommel on this forum !
It does part of what you want.

Thanks joiwind, but it didn't seem to work with Chrome.

I prefer Pitaschio, because it uses for these tasks not the small buttons, but the whole title bar, which is easier to reach. I'm completely used to right-click the title bar to minimize, middle-click to close, etc. Not application specific, though. Works with Chrome, too.
