Try the following
I have created a folder for other programs in my C:/
In this case:
C:\Alternative Program File
Occasionally I have self contained (Portable) programs, and installing them to Program Files is a pain.
So I created a new program file.
This is where I installed Circle Dock
This provides 2 things
Easy access
Outside of the UAC programs monitoring.
So
Create a folder for Alternative Programs
Install circle dock there
and I bet it will work just fine
Not Standard protocol to be sure, but definitely workable..
I have also found that if you decide to make portable versions or zips of Circle Dock....Doing teh alternative file install expedites this and makes it easier to work with as you are avoiding the UAC mess.
