Request : "ESC" key to abort all screenshot capturing

I often use the ESC key to abort a screenshot capture (p.e. after have created a selected region)
but it doesn't abort the capturing.

Would it be possible to add the ESC key to abort all screenshot capturing (also to abort the menu Post Capture Popup Options)?
