FARR Screencasts -- What would you like to see explained?

So I have started posting my series of FARR video screencasts (see here).

I'd like to know if people have any particular things you like to see explained?

Yes please. I'd like as much about aliases and variables as you can manage.
Imagine that you're talking to a child of, say, five years and I'll try to keep up.

First of all a big for taking the time to make these screen casts! They are really cool.

Concerning FARR screen casts: I think a tour through the built-in aliases would be good. Maybe pick out the ones you personally find most useful and demonstrate how you're using them.
