FARR Load Error

I have just installed FARR on my Vista PC with a new motherboard.  Whenever I try to load it I get the following error:

Runtime Error!

Program: D:\System Utilities\FindAndRunRobot\FindAndRunRobot.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Can anyone Help????  I've already uninstalled/reinstalled it.

hmm that's a new one..

can you try this:
delete the entire D:\System Utilities\FindAndRunRobot\ folder
and then install again.

(if you are copying from another pc, then delete the contents of the plugins folder and the FindAndRunRobot.ini file).

If problem remains, send me ([email protected]) the file FarrTroubleshooting.log and I can also send you a special debug version which can help pinpoint the problem.
