The quick answer is yes.

I see apparently that there is 2 instances of CircleDock running here.

Apologies for my short answer earlier

Welcome to the CircleDock Forum here at donation coder.  :D

There is two possibilities, maybe three that come to mind here.

1.) there can be 2 instances of circledock running, and the placed at the corners
2.) there is CircleDock and another Circle Something launcher
3.) It is an objectdock + skin, although I have found no evidence of anyone running two circles.

You can run as many instances of CircleDock as you like , just ensure that you label the folders differently.

Again my apologies, and I hope to have not scared you off, I have been incredibly busy lately.
