IDEA: Progress meter which track upload speed

There are many free file hosting websites which don't provide upload status and for uploading a big file, I would very much like to know my uploading progress.  A software which can provide a progress meter which track upload speed and time required would be nice.

I suggest you just use NetMeter, more details on http://fileforum.bet...etMeter/1058844763/1 and http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=534 (yes, it's USB stick friendly :) )
