This being the case
It is an issue I can not iron out.
There has been at least one other forum member that had a similar issue, and it surrounds game launches.
I tried to replicate the issue and never received the same problem, therefore it is and issue that I can not give a correction for.
I am attempting to re-address this issue in the tutorial I have been working (Weeks) on, and have yet to re-create or address the issue properly.
I wonder if it is not some weird Windows indexing or UAC restriction error. I have had no problem launching games, but I have been doing system tweaks, and purposeful damage to replicate what these folks have been finding; but to no avail.
I will keep on the issue, though.
