Took a screenshot of my Ticketmaster conf # screen, and the program froze.  Error message finally came up could not save file.
The culprit was that the Filename include the auth code as it was in the Window's title.

My settings are:

[Default New File Name:]
%customdate%_%windowtitle%

[Custom Date Format:]
%Y.%m.%d[%H%M%S]

Overall A+++ excellent software.  Plz to be keeping up the awesome work.
