Unfortunately there is now option to hide from the systems tray in the CircleDock settings
Currently the only way to do this would be:
Make sure CircleDock is Running
go to your task bar, right click, and click properties.
go to the "Notification Area" tab and click "customize"
Scroll through the list until you find Circle Dock
click the area next to it and select "Hide"
This will hide the CircleDock Icon in the tray, but not keep it from running in the systems tray itself.
A suggestion to have this option has already been added, we are just waiting to see in VIP will program it in at some point.
